What is SOLignment Breath Process?
What distinguishes SOLignment Breath Process from other modalities is that we don’t just utilize breath to create deep breakthroughs. We offer high-caliber support by knowing how to track your nervous system, attune to your energy field, and give you exactly what your body needs to feel safe (so it can let go of the blocks).
During the in-person workshops we also offer gentle touch which often brings an extra level of comfort, relaxation and gentleness… so even the deepest trauma can heal and unwind.

Founder and Master Teacher: Julia Mikk
is an internationally renowned healer and teacher, and founder of SOLignment Process and Breath of Love work, having touched thousands of people worldwide for the last 20 years.
Trained in meditation, Spiritual Breathing, Pre and Perinatal Psychology, Biodynamic Cranio Sacral Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and influenced by Buddhist teaching she brought SOLignment work to life about 20 years ago. It took place thanks to many powerful awakenings she had in her own healing journey as well as by sitting with her spiritual teachers, including Gangaji, Binnie A. Dansby, Ray Castellino, and Anna Chitty.
Lead Coach: Mel Finnerty
Mel has 20 years of experience changing people’s lives as a Master Transformational Coach, Conscious Business Coach, Energyworker, Breathworker, Master Meditation Teacher, MNLP, and Reiki Master. She has studied with Dr. David Hawkins, Deepak Chopra, Michael Bennett, Marshall Rosenberg, and Daniel Goleman.
Business & Success Coach: Dr. Jennifer Rada
Jennifer is part of our SOLignment Leadership Training faculty and helps our participants take right action to create a life of their dreams. She is an expert in the design and delivery of courses, workshops and private session packages. She has worked as a master trainer for industry-expert companies helping people craft magnetic marketing to fill their programs and sell with integrity.
