What is SOLignment Process?
What distinguishes SOLignment Process from other modalities is that we don’t just utilize breath to create deep breakthroughs. We offer high-caliber support by knowing how to track your nervous system, attune to your energy field, and give you exactly what your body needs to feel safe (so it can let go of the blocks).
During the in-person workshops we also offer gentle touch which often brings an extra level of comfort, relaxation and gentleness… so even the deepest trauma can heal and unwind.
Facilitator’s high level of attunement is the key. This is what allows the participants to experience a deep healing in a more effortless way.
SOLignment Process is not an intense cathartic therapy. It is is a deep vibrational medicine that changes people from inside out by helping them open to their optimal health, intelligence of their Soul, and potency of their destiny.
Embody Personal Mastery is a standalone program. It is also module 1 of the Solignment Leadership Training. Upon completion, you will be pre-qualified to attend the rest of the Leadership Training and will have the opportunity to continue into the year long training, if you wish. Founder and Master Teacher: Julia Mikk
is an internationally renowned healer and teacher, and founder of SOLignment Process and Breath of Love work, having touched thousands of people worldwide for the last 20 years.
Trained in meditation, Spiritual Breathing, Pre and Perinatal Psychology, Biodynamic Cranio Sacral Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and influenced by Buddhist teaching she brought SOLignment work to life about 20 years ago. It took place thanks to many powerful awakenings she had in her own healing journey as well as by sitting with her spiritual teachers, including Gangaji, Binnie A. Dansby, Ray Castellino, and Anna Chitty.
